PET-CT service upgrade improves staging turnaround

Radiology has commissioned a second PET-CT scanner, reducing waits for staging and response assessment studies.

Dr Tomasz Kowalski said oncology MDTs will benefit from more consistent imaging slots, including for international patients travelling on a defined treatment timetable.
